Ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup bubblegum-flavored soda

1/2 cup white rum (optional)

1/2 cup crushed ice

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries for garnish

A few mint leaves for freshness

Instructions

In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, bubblegum soda, white rum (if using), crushed ice, lime juice, and sugar.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more soda or a splash of water to achieve your desired consistency.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar, if necessary.

Pour the tropical bubblegum colada into chilled glasses.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, and a sprig of mint on each glass.

Serve immediately with a colorful straw and enjoy your sweet, refreshing escape!
