Ingredients

2 cups fresh grape juice (preferably from Concord grapes)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the fresh grape juice, heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it is chilled.

Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically around 20-25 minutes.

Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes for easier scooping. Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy the refreshing taste!
