1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, and carrots)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked noodles, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer to Casserole Dish: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Spread it evenly.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
