Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/4 cup granola or crushed cookies (for crunch)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the strawberries and let them marinate for about 10 minutes. This will enhance their natural sweetness.

While the strawberries are marinating, prepare your serving cups. Place a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom of each cup (about 1/3 of the cup).

Spoon half of the marinated strawberries over the yogurt layer, distributing them evenly.

Add another layer of Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries, filling the cups to about 2/3 full.

Top the yogurt layer with the remaining marinated strawberries, again distributing them evenly across the cups.

Finally, sprinkle granola or crushed cookies on top for that delightful crunch.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and additional freshness.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled treat.
