1 cup cherry Jell-O (or any pink flavored gelatin)

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup cherry pie filling (or fresh cherries, pitted and halved)

Optional: Whipped cream and additional cherries for garnish

Prepare the Jell-O: In a medium bowl, dissolve the cherry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.

    Chill the Mixture: Once dissolved, stir in 1 cup of cold water. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator until it begins to set, about 1 hour.

      Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on high until soft peaks form.

        Combine Ingredients: Take the chilled cherry Jell-O from the fridge and gently fold the whipped cream into the gelatin with a spatula until fully blended and fluffy.

          Add Mix-ins: Fold in the mini marshmallows and cherry pie filling (or fresh cherries) into the mixture. Ensure that everything is evenly distributed.

            Chill Again: Spoon the fluff into serving cups or a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set completely.
