Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup beef broth

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and season with salt and pepper. Sear for about 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, bringing everything to a simmer. Allow it to cook for about 3-4 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Add Tortellini and Cheese: Gently fold in the cooked tortellini to the skillet, mixing thoroughly. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top and cover for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Serve: Once the cheese has melted and mixed well, remove from heat. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh finish. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy, cheesy comfort food delight!
