1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2/3 cup powdered sugar

Zest of 1 large orange

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Optional: Coarse sea salt (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Cream the Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
