8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced dried cranberries

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup crushed pecans or walnuts

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Extra chopped cranberries and nuts for rolling (optional)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced dried cranberries.

    Add the chopped green onions, crushed nuts, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well using a spatula or your hands until fully combined.

      Divide the mixture into 2 or 3 portions depending on your desired size for the cheese balls.

        Shape each portion into a tight ball, ensuring there are no cracks.
