Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) of graham crackers

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries for garnish

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed graham crackers until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Layer the Ingredients: Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the graham cracker crust, then layer the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and half of the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.

Add Chocolate Sauce: Drizzle a generous amount of chocolate syrup over the fruit layer. You can use as much as you prefer!

Top with Whipped Cream: Spread the remaining whipped cream on top of the layered ingredients evenly. You can create a smooth layer or use a spatula to create soft peaks for a decorative look.

Garnish: Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top, then add the rest of the sliced strawberries and place maraschino cherries around for an eye-catching presentation.

Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled. Add extra chocolate sauce or whipped cream if desired!
