Ingredients

1 cup of creamy peanut butter

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 ½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup of graham cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

½ cup of shredded coconut (optional)

½ cup of crushed nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts, optional)

Instructions

Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined. You can use a spatula or your hands for easier mixing.

Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.

Combine Mixtures: Once the chocolate is melted, add it to the peanut butter mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly incorporated.

Chill Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is firm enough to handle.

Form Truffles: Once the mixture is chilled, use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to portion out the truffle mixture. Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.

Coat Truffles: Place the cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and crushed nuts on separate plates. Roll each truffle in your choice of coating: cocoa powder for a traditional chocolate truffle, or shredded coconut/nuts for added flavor and texture.

Set the Truffles: After coating, place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate again for at least 15 minutes to set.

Serve: Once set, transfer the truffles to an airtight container. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Moose Farts delight!
