Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing (preferably homemade for extra flavor)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for maximum flavor).

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture: In a shallow bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese together. This will create a crunchy topping for the chicken.

Coat the Chicken: Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Dredge each piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs stick well.

Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Bake the Chicken: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Garnish and Serve: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Accompany with lemon wedges for a bright burst of flavor.
