1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup red bell pepper, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained

1 cup salami, diced

1 cup provolone cheese, diced

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

¾ cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Croutons (optional, for crunch)

Instructions
 

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, and red onion.

    Add the chickpeas, diced salami, diced provolone cheese, chopped parsley, and Kalamata olives to the salad bowl.

      Drizzle the Italian dressing over the entire salad. Start with ½ cup and then add more to taste.

        Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring that the dressing coats the salad evenly.
