Ingredients
  

4 whole wheat tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika (or your choice of seasoning)

Optional: 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Stack the whole wheat tortillas and cut them into 6 equal triangles, like a pizza.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, and nutritional yeast (if using).

        Add the tortilla triangles to the mixing bowl and toss them gently until they're evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.

          Arrange the coated tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they aren't overlapping to ensure they get crispy.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crunchy.
