1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup granola (your favorite blend)

1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)

A pinch of cinnamon

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a serving bowl, spoon in the Greek yogurt and smooth the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

    Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt, distributing it as evenly as possible.
