1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian seasoned)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 egg

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Extra Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

    Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      Shape the Meatloaves: Divide the mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a small loaf and place them on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan.

        Add Marinara Sauce: Spoon marinara sauce on top of each meatloaf, ensuring they are nicely covered.

          Bake: Place the meatloaves in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meat is cooked through.

            Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves rest for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top for garnish.
