For the Chicken Balls:

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Chicken Balls Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, parsley, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined, but be careful not to overmix.

      Shape the Chicken Balls: Use your hands to form small balls, about the size of a golf ball, from the mixture. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

        Bake the Chicken Balls: Bake the chicken balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
