Method
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Chicken Balls:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Apply Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with a pinch of salt and brush this mixture over the chicken balls generously.
Bake: Bake the chicken balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Cook the Pasta:
- While the chicken balls are baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer gently. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve:
- Plate the creamy Parmesan pasta and top with the baked garlic butter chicken balls. Garnish with additional Parmesan and fresh parsley.
