1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.

    Gently fold in the diced strawberries, reserving a few for garnishing later.

      Divide the oat mixture evenly into two glass jars or airtight containers. Ensure there is enough new space for the oats to expand as they soak overnight.
