1 pound ground breakfast sausage

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), drained

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for coating)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground breakfast sausage and softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended.

      Add Cheeses and Spices: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

        Form Meatballs: Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter). If you choose to use breadcrumbs for extra crunch, roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs after shaping.
