1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

1/2 cup diced onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, diced bell peppers, diced onion, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.

      Assemble the Pie: Roll out the pie crust if necessary and place it into a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

        Bake the Pie: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
