Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for toasting

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is thoroughly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions.

      If using, sprinkle crispy bacon bits over the top of the ingredients.

        Spoon a generous amount of the ranch chicken mixture over the layered vegetables.

          To wrap, fold in the sides of the tortilla first, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito-style wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

            Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or olive oil.

              Place each wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

                Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Cut each wrap in half on a diagonal and serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
