Method
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice the avocado into thin, even chips, about 1/4 inch thick.
Make the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
Coat the Chips: In another bowl, toss the avocado slices with olive oil and lime juice until evenly coated. Then, dip each slice into the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres well.
Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated avocado chips onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the chips cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them on their own or with your favorite healthy dip!
