8 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.

      In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

        Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, frozen mixed vegetables, and cooked egg noodles into the skillet. Mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer the beef and noodle mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

            Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the noodle mixture, followed by the grated parmesan cheese.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
