Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz goat cheese, softened

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

1 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Zest of 1 orange

Salt and pepper to taste

Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and goat cheese. Use an electric mixer or a fork to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, orange zest, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.

Fold in the chopped dried cranberries, pecans, parsley, and rosemary until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.

Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center of the plastic wrap.

Gather the edges of the plastic wrap and shape the cheese into a log (or round shape) by rolling it tightly. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure it.

Refrigerate the log for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Once firm, remove the cheese log from the fridge and unwrap it from the plastic wrap. Roll the log in any remaining chopped pecans for added texture, if desired.

Slice into rounds and serve with your choice of crackers or sliced baguette.
