In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, fresh parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous 1/4 of the cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
If using almonds, sprinkle a few sliced almonds over the cheese mixture for an added crunch.
Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.
Once all rolls are made, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Place them on a serving platter in an appealing arrangement.
Optional: Drizzle with a bit of honey or balsamic reduction for extra flavor before serving. This enhances the sweetness of the cranberries and contrasts beautifully with the salty feta.
