Ingredients
  

12 fluffy slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)

12 large eggs

12 slices of crispy cooked bacon

12 slices of cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

¼ cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Buns: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

      Cook the Eggs: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, gently stirring, until the eggs are scrambled and just set. Remove from heat.

        Assemble the Sliders: On each bottom half of the slider buns, layer a slice of cheddar cheese, a scoop of scrambled eggs, and two slices of crispy bacon. If you like a little zing, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the top half of the buns before placing them on top of the sliders.

          Top with Cheddar: Place another slice of cheddar cheese on each slider, then cover with the top halves of the buns.

            Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chives or parsley if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious Crack Breakfast Sliders!
