Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup blue food coloring

1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the blue food coloring, starting with a few drops and mixing until you achieve your desired shade of blue.

Once the mixture is well combined, taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

In the last few minutes of churning, gradually add in the crushed chocolate chip cookies and Oreo cookies, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Once churning is complete, fold in the chocolate chips.

Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

To serve, scoop the Cookie Monster Ice Cream into bowls or cones, and if desired, top with extra cookie crumbles for added crunch and decoration.
