2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, or any preferred mix)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

1 avocado, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup hard-boiled eggs, diced

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or dressing of your choice)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Start by preparing your ingredients: cook the chicken breast (if not already cooked), crumble the bacon, dice the avocado, chop the green onions, and hard-boil the eggs.

    In a clean jar (preferably quart-sized), layer the ingredients in this order to keep the salad fresh:

      - Pour the ranch dressing at the bottom to keep the greens from wilting.

        - Add the diced chicken on top of the dressing, followed by the cherry tomatoes.

          - Next, layer the diced avocado, followed by the blue cheese, crumbled bacon, and hard-boiled eggs.

            - Finally, top it off with the mixed salad greens.

              If desired, sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the greens to enhance flavor.
