Ingredients

1 can (13.9 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

2 tbsp butter

Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters. Set aside.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Coat the Dough: Dip each quarter of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Let any excess drip off.

Cook the Bites: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the coated cinnamon roll quarters in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Make it Sweet: Once cooked, remove the bites from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Drizzle the included cinnamon roll icing over the warm bites and gently toss them to coat.

Serve: Dust the cinnamon roll bites with powdered sugar and serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 4-6

Enjoy your delightful Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites!
