2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup croutons

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Freshly ground black pepper for garnish

Instructions
 

Start by cooking the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and halved cherry tomatoes.

      In a small bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a creamy dressing. Adjust seasoning according to taste.

        Pour the dressing over the pasta salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
