Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12x16 inches).
Assemble the Stromboli: Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the edges as you go to seal the filling inside.
Prepare for Baking: Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with additional garlic powder if desired.
Slice and Bake: Cut several slits in the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
