Ingredients

8 ounces penne pasta

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie is great!)

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix Sauces: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken and cooked penne pasta to the sauce mixture. Stir until everything is well-coated.

Add Cheese: Gradually fold in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Drizzle olive oil in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the chicken and pasta mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the pasta.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
