12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes or until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
