Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup white chocolate baking chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Blueberries: In a small saucepan over medium heat, gently heat the fresh blueberries until they begin to burst and become juicy. Stir frequently and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate baking chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Once the white chocolate mixture is melted, stir in the vanilla extract, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gently fold in the cooked blueberries (reserve a few for topping if desired) and walnuts if using.

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing for some overhang. This will make it easier to lift out the fudge later.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the blueberry fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula. If desired, top with reserved whole blueberries for decoration.

Chill to Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.

Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve!
