Ingredients
  

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

4 tablespoons Biscoff cookie spread

4 Biscoff cookies, crushed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream, for topping

Extra Biscoff cookie crumbs or whole cookies, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, Biscoff cookie spread, and vanilla extract.

    Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. If you prefer a thicker shake, add more ice cream; for a thinner consistency, add more milk.

      Add the crushed Biscoff cookies to the blender and pulse a couple of times to mix them in without completely breaking them down.

        Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more cookie spread.

          Pour the shake into tall glasses.

            Top generously with whipped cream, and sprinkle extra cookie crumbs or add a whole cookie for decoration.

              Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the deliciousness!
