Make the Fruity Syrups:
- In a saucepan, combine the strawberries, raspberries, sugar, and water.

- Pour 2-3 tablespoons of your homemade fruity syrup over the ice.
- Slowly add the club soda, pouring it gently to maintain the fizz.
- Top with the heavy cream, stirring gently to create a marbled effect.

- Garnish your Italian cream soda with fresh fruit slices and a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
