Ingredients
  

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup banana pudding mix (instant)

1 cup milk

Whipped cream for topping

Sliced bananas for garnish

Mini vanilla wafers for garnish

12 ice cream cones

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cone Base: In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press a couple of tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each ice cream cone to form a crust.

    Make the Cheesecake Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

      Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

        Add the Bananas: In a small bowl, mix the mashed bananas and instant banana pudding mix together. Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Fold this banana mixture into the cheesecake mix until well combined.

          Assemble the Cones: Carefully spoon or pipe the banana pudding cheesecake filling into each prepared ice cream cone, filling them generously.

            Chill: Place the filled cones in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow them to set up.

              Serve: Once set, top each cone with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and a mini vanilla wafer for garnish.
