Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup cold water

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cold water. Blend until smooth and the mixture is well combined.

Taste the sorbet mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar according to your preference.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Freeze for about 3-4 hours, or until it's firm.

Every 30 minutes, remove the sorbet from the freezer and stir it vigorously with a fork to break up any ice crystals that form, ensuring a smooth texture.

Once the sorbet is completely frozen, let it sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping. Serve in chilled bowls and enjoy your refreshing peach sorbet!
